FACE World Leadership School, formerly known as FACE Campus, is a residential school in Kerala, India, dedicated to nurturing the next generation of global leaders, civil servants, and changemakers.Rooted in the values of academic excellence, moral integrity, and social impact, the school offers a unique and holistic education model for students from underprivileged and diverse backgrounds.

Established under the visionary FACE Foundation, FACE World Leadership School was built on the idea that every student, regardless of their socio-economic background, deserves access to world-class education, leadership opportunities, and global exposure.

The journey at FACE follows a three-stage model: In Stage 1, students are enrolled at the FACE World Leadership School campus in Kozhikode, where they receive intensive academic training, competitive exam preparation, and holistic personal development. Stage 2 supports students in gaining admission to top universities in India and around the world, helping them with scholarships and higher education pathways. In Stage 3, students undergo full-time civil service preparation at FACE IAS Academy in Trivandrum.

The curriculum at FACE is dynamic and future-focused, offering competitive coaching for exams like CUET, JEE, NDA, and civil services, English language training and public speaking, leadership and portfolio building, social sector engagement, artificial intelligence and new technologies, and pathways to global diplomacy and UN careers. Through international initiatives like FACEx Talk Show, UN SDG Action Summit, and Campus Expeditia, students gain real-world experience and national exposure.

Former Kerala Chief Election Commissioner P Kamalkutty IAS (Retd) is the Principal, former Indian and UN Civil Servant MP Joseph IAS is the Director Academics of FACE World Leadership School. Their leadership combines administrative excellence and global experience, steering the school with vision and integrity.
